各位尊敬的用户: 您好！ 今日收到关于输出订阅用户数下降客服问题，我们对此做出调查后，得出结论如下： 部分订阅数据是引用阅读器返回的数据，在调查后发现一些阅读器的数据被清空。目前我们推断其清空的原因可能是： １、这些阅读器的统计规则有时间限制项，如30天未再阅读则清除该订阅。 ２、这些阅读器近日升级，数据迁移时进行过整理，清除部分无效数据。 订阅数据下降虽然不是件开心的事，但也不是件坏事，因为整理过的数据在一定程度上是比较准确有效的。 虽然这为突发事件，但我们未能更快时间内做出反映，作为客服天字二号有失职之过，在此向您道歉。 并祝生活愉快！ 客服部 檀 更多/More:http://blog.feedsky.com 2006-12-21

第一，我的FEEDSKY地址是http://www.feedsky.com/feed/firsttide；内容已经三天没有刷新了，不知道是我设置错了，还是其他问题？第二，我的订阅图标和你们这里的图标一样，都是土黄色的，很简陋，我希望换成FEEDSKY主页那种蓝色的，有什么办法吗？
